1. open a browser tab at: http://zenmagiclove.com/hnews/cubjag.py 2. and a tab: http://www.gutenberg.org/cache/epub/1342/pg1342.txt 3. select and copy all the “pride and prejudice” text in the p.g. tab 4. paste the text into the first (cubjag) tab, into the field on the left 5. delete the project gutenberg legalese at the bottom of the text 6. delete the project gutenberg legalese at the top of the text 7. click the “save” button, which then turns into “convert” 8. click that “convert” button, to perform the magic dance 9. download your e-book output files, check them, and celebrate
note that not all books will be handled “magically,” like this one, which consists entirely of plain paragraphs plus ordinary headers. if your book contains other types of elements, you must ensure that you format them correctly, using z.m.l. — zen markup language. it's easy enough, however, since the rules of z.m.l. are very simple. --
